Various data sources are used to chart the careers of researchers and their subjective perceptions. On the one hand, we use administrative data sources, such as with Human Resources in Research Flanders (HRRF). On the other hand, surveys are carried out among the researchers so that more in-depth research can be conducted into the underlying elements that drive or hinder these researchers.
